Kx8 bat is an online betting platform built specifically for bettors in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kx8 bat and its users. By accessing or using the kx8 bat website or app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.

• Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Allowing anyone else to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If any details on your account change, please notify kx8 bat promptly.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting at kx8 bat. They apply to all bet types — Sports, Live Betting, and e-Sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless kx8 bat initiates the cancellation.
• Kx8 bat reserves the right to accept or decline any bet, particularly those involving unusually large amounts.
• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Kx8 bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds. Exploiting clearly incorrect odds will be treated as fraud.
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.
• In Live Betting, a disconnection will not count as a confirmed bet until the bet is successfully placed.

Kx8 bat odds update in real time and may change based on market conditions. The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are final — any subsequent changes will not affect your bet.

All financial transactions on kx8 bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per request.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until at least one bet has been placed on the account.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, kx8 bat may suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

Kx8 bat charges no hidden fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is beyond kx8 bat's control.

Kx8 bat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, detailed on the bonus page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified amount to be wagered before withdrawal (typically 5–20x the bonus amount).
• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Any bonus not used within the claim period will expire automatically.
• Kx8 bat reserves the right to void bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuine new member and complete their first deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kx8 bat, and any violation will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other technical means to manipulate odds or exploit the system.
• Using kx8 bat's payment system for the purpose of money laundering.
• Opening an account or passing verification using false identity or forged documents.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to kx8 bat's systems.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
• Placing risk-free or hedged bets to meet bonus wagering requirements (Bonus Abuse/Arbitrage).

Kx8 bat may close or suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• For breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Identity verification has not been successfully completed.
• When an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• When kx8 bat is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
• The member has submitted a request to close their account.

To close your account, contact our support team. Before submitting a closure request, please wait for all active bets to be settled and withdraw any remaining balance.

If kx8 bat closes an account without cause for a terms violation, any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.

Kx8 bat believes betting should be a form of entertainment, never a source of financial stress. That's why responsible betting is at the core of what we do. The following tools are available free of charge to all members:

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation.
• If negotiation fails to resolve a dispute, mediation or arbitration will be pursued.
• Kx8 bat's system logs shall be treated as the definitive record in any dispute.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Kx8 bat is not liable for service disruptions caused by technical faults, server outages, or third-party issues. That said, our team is always on standby to resolve any technical problems as quickly as possible.
